Sony Handycam HDV C:32:11 Error Code Repair

The error code C:32:11 is a most common issue on newer Sony camcorders that the N220 sub-chassis installed.
Sometimes it fixes the error by pressing the reset button, but technically and logically, it won’t work.
The cause is the poor contacts between the mode gear and the golden sensing plate (Encoder) and this poor contacts caused by the dried grease.
These two parts work together to detect the position of the sliding chassis – Rotary Encoder.

Below is how to tweak the C:32:11 error code but it is not permanent.
To proper repair, remove old grease and re-grease on both mode gear and golden sensing plate.
