To initiate a repair request, you’ll need to provide your camera model, and a detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing.
You can do this online through our website.
Once your repair request is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation with instructions on how to send in your camera for repair.
You can choose to either send in your camera by mail or drop it off at our Canon Camera Repair Center.
The cost of the repair will depend on the type of repair needed and whether or not your camera is under warranty.
Canon offers a limited warranty on their cameras, which covers certain types of repairs. If your camera is not under warranty, you will be responsible for the cost of the repair.
