2. Turn around time?
Normally one to seven days, sometimes one to three weeks depending on parts availability.
3. Refusal fee?
No, we will pay for return shipping fee, even you don't want us to fix it.
4. Do we still service camcorders that are 10+ years old?
Yes, this includes: 8mm Hi8 camcorders & recorders, Sony CCD-TRV series and
DCR-TRV series.
No, this includes: Sony CCD-V, CCD-F series & CCD-FX series, Canon E series, A1, L1 & L2,
All the models from: Magnavox, Sears, Radioshack, Philips, Montgomery, Toshiba & Full size VHS.
5. Do we repair, service digital cameras?
Yes, Sony and Panasonic only, also We do repair Canon EOS Rebel XT, XTi CF pins.
6. Do we repair, service VCR's?
No, but we do service commercial decks.
7. Do we sell parts, AC chargers or batteries?
No, we do not sell any parts or accessories.
8. Do we have a price list for each model?
No, we determine minimum labor by type of camcorders for example:
Mini-DV (Consumer), 8mm, Hi8, D8(Digital8) VHS-C, Digital cameras & Decks are $99.00
Mini-DV (HDV), DVD, HDD, Micro-MV & Decks are $149.00
HDV, DVCAM, DVCPRO, BETACAM, DECKS & all the professional 3CCD cameras are $199.00
Labors includes cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, minor parts are included (rollers and gears) and shipping and handling.
However, labor price does not include major parts, such as Drum, Capstan motor, Lens & Circuit boards.
9. What's does our warranty cover?
4 months(120 days) Parts & Labor for same defect. After this warranty period, we'll give you 50% off on labor plus parts.
